Payments and analytics
Card payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card details. We use analytics and advertising tools, including Meta Pixel and Contentsquare, to understand website behaviour and measure marketing performance.

Orders
Orders are accepted subject to availability, delivery eligibility, kitchen capacity and successful payment. We may contact you if an order detail needs clarification.
Payment
Website orders are confirmed after successful card payment. Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include the selected meals, extras and any applicable delivery charge.
Food and allergens
Food is prepared fresh in a kitchen that handles common allergens. Customers with allergies must contact us before ordering and read the allergen information page.
Service changes
Menus, prices, delivery availability and time slots may change. If we cannot fulfil a paid order, we will contact you to agree a replacement, reschedule or refund.
We deliver freshly cooked Southern African meals across our approved delivery areas and extended zones where the order qualifies.
Delivery areas
Free delivery is available in approved local areas including Havering, Romford, Hornchurch, Upminster, Rainham, Dagenham, Barking, Ilford, Goodmayes, Chadwell Heath, Hainault and Chigwell. Extended delivery may be available for qualifying orders.
Slots and cut-off
Customers must select an available delivery date and delivery window at checkout. Orders placed after 3pm are delivered from the next available delivery day.
Address accuracy
Please check your postcode, door number, street and delivery instructions before paying. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may delay delivery.
Collection
Collection may be arranged when available, but orders should still be placed through the website so the kitchen can schedule preparation correctly.
We want every customer to be happy with their food. Contact us quickly if something is wrong with your order.
When refunds may apply
- We cannot fulfil a paid order.
- An order is cancelled before preparation starts and we confirm cancellation.
- A clear error has occurred with your order and we agree a refund is appropriate.
Fresh food orders
Because meals are prepared fresh to order, refunds are not normally available once preparation has started unless there is a genuine issue with the order.
